Life always brings the unexpected! A few weeks ago, I never thought about being a writer, but because of my passion, coupled with the huge support and inspiring comments from my family and friends, I’ve now started writing. This is my second article. I’m so excited to share this write up with you guys. I’ve been in the field of beauty for a very long time. Few years back, before starting Mantras of beauty, I used to be a daily reader of NY times, in NY times, readers love expert opinions and advice. I’m not saying that I know all there is to know about beauty, but at least I can say that I have good knowledge and experience about its impact our everyday lives. My appreciation of this concept of beauty is the reason I want to share my views with you, so as to make you lead smarter and more beautiful lives. Mantra means a statement or slogan, which is repeated frequently. Beauty means quality itself.
Here are two tips that I’d like to share with you today:
- Eat healthy
Yes, eat healthy. Once again, eat healthy diets, diets that are organic and chemical free. Many scientists believe that your level of thinking depends mainly on the quality of your diet. The saying, “You are what you eat” is very true and cannot be over emphasized; your skin color tone is a direct reflection of the quality of your food. Always avoid junk foods like potato chips, pizza, cookies, cakes, and soda etc. Salty foods and those that contain excessive sugar are also not good for health. The sodium present in table salt raises the chance of high blood pressure. Always prioritize healthy diets like fish, fresh fruits, vegetables, protein, and enough water. Junk food kills you silently and steadily. Frequently drink water to energize your skin. Think rich and be rich, so eat rich food and be super healthy. Always choose good sources of fiber. Whole grains, wheat cereals, barley, oatmeal, beans, nuts etc., are excellent sources of fiber that you can choose from. Healthy foods are the first mantras of beauty.
Exercise is one of the most important things in our day-to-day life. Exercise and beauty are interrelated with each other. Regular exercise gives you healthy glow. Exercise makes us resistant to diseases by enhancing the immune system, it aids the flow of blood, and it makes our minds sharper and alert. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes everyday and you will be guaranteed a healthy skin and fit body. Exercise makes you more alive, more beautiful and more attractive. Beauty always comes with enough exercise, so if you can’t go to fitness club, start yoga, do some stretching and push-ups at home, and you will be guaranteed a fresh skin and vibrant body. It controls body weight by burning excess body fat and it also ensures muscle strength and boosts your endurance. Physical activity delivers oxygen and nutrients to the tissues; it helps to improve the flow of blood in the cardiovascular system. Exercise is one of the simplest ways to attain a healthier and more beautiful skin. Make sure you exercise regularly and you’ll live for 100 years!
Sleep is arguably the best medicine! Beauty and sleep have an inter-relationship; enough sleep refreshes your skin. It accounts for the freshness and tenderness of the skin. It keeps us happy and healthy. Research shows that we need a minimum of 8 hours of sleep to function properly. Sleep helps in rejuvenation and directly affects our health. Good sleep heals and repairs your heart and blood vessels. Sleeping disorder is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, and high blood pressure. Enough sleep makes one look younger and gives the skin a nice tone. Make sure you get enough sleep so as to maintain that fresh and youthful look. Sleep will give you beauty and sound mind.
Imagine life without education. We all know that popular quote “A man without education is like a building without foundation.” Education itself is beauty. We already maintain that beauty means quality, so education helps to enhance quality. Make sure you keep yourself up to date by reading news and articles. Education is source of knowledge. Only education can change your lifestyle and personality, therefore go to the university continue your education. That’s the way you can change your lifestyle and become a better you. It is true that beauty of the brain is more valuable and important than physical beauty; education should therefore be sought after, whatever the cost. Education is the best legacy!
As humans, one of your greatest characteristics is our ability to enter into relationship with other people, it varies in types and degrees. Sexual relationship is the most intimate mental and physical relationship that can exist between two people. It is a very high state of pleasure and connection. The beauty of sex is not only in its pleasure but also in the stronger bond that is created when two lovers come together. First, you should feel pleasure with your partner then the inner satisfaction makes you more and more beautiful. You should be able to share your love with your partner by having sex regularly. Healthy physical relationship makes you a better person emotionally, physically and mentally. Do better sex, feel free to talk about it, there’s nothing to hide and nothing to be shy of. Understand its chemistry and utilize it properly.
